My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
- Check the Shipping Time: Orders typically take 3 to 10 business days to prepare before they’re dispatched.
- Allow for Postal Delays: Once your order has been shipped, we rely on the postal service. Please allow extra time for delivery, especially with Royal Mail Second Class or First Class Recorded, which may experience delays.
- Tracking: If your order was sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded, check your tracking details for updates.
- Still Waiting? If it’s been more than 10 business days since dispatch, get in touch with us, and we’ll help track it down.
Something has gone wrong with my item
We’re sorry to hear that something’s not right with your item! Here’s what you can do:
- Check for Damage: If your item arrived damaged, please send us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
- Wrong Item or Missing Parts: If you received the wrong item or something is missing, let us know straight away, and we’ll sort it out.
- Defective Items: If the item is faulty, contact us with details of the issue, and we’ll provide instructions for returns or exchanges.

How do I return an item, and what is your refund process?
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds:
- Eligibility for Returns:
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in the same condition as when you received it, with its original packaging.
Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return. - How to Start a Return:
To start a return, simply log in to your account using the email address you used to place the order. We'll send you instructions on how to send your item back. - Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. - Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. - Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue. - Exchanges:
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted. - European Union Customers:
If you’re in the EU, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the items are unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
Can I get a bulk discount for large orders?
Yes! We offer wholesale options for businesses interested in stocking our products, or using us as a printing service for your own model(s). For more details, including pricing and minimum order quantities, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to discuss how we can work together.
How should I care for and clean my item?
To keep your item in top condition, follow these care guidelines:
- Avoid High Temperatures: PLA can warp or melt in high heat, so please keep your items away from direct heat sources.
- Keep Out of Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause fading or deformation.
- Don’t Submerge in Water: PLA items should not be submerged in water. A damp cloth will be just fine. To help remove stubborn dirt a mild detergent can be used.
- Keep Away from Children and Pets: For safety, please ensure your items are kept out of reach of children and pets.
- Electrical items: Wipe with a dry cloth and avoid any contact with water to prevent damage.
