Standard Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fees.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with its original packaging.

To start a return, log in to your account with the email address you originally used to make the purchase. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot usually be returned:

  • Custom made items
  • Personalised items
  • Made-to-order items created specifically for you

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method usually within 10 business days.
