    Our 3D printed items are made from Polylactic Acid (PLA), a plant-based plastic derived from renewable resources such as corn and sugarcane.

    PLA is lightweight and durable for everyday use. It is non-toxic under normal use conditions, but like most plastics, it is not designed for chewing or exposure to high heat.

    Took in my Ender 3 after a failed firmware update left it completely unresponsive

    Took in my Ender 3 after a failed firmware update left it completely unresponsive. Had it diagnosed and back up and running within a couple of days. Was really straightforward to deal with, the team kept me updated throughout and didn't charge any hidden fees or extras. Would definitely use again
